Who are we?

RTO-Excel is a small enterprise that focuses on developing leadership capacity in organisations.

RTO-Excel was established in 2002 by Dr Geoff Berry who has gained wide-ranging knowledge and experience in vocational education & training, educational policy, organisational change, internal audit & review, management development and leadership in both the public and private sectors. This experience confirmed the challenges being face by many small to medium sized organisations in establishing an organisational culture conducive to excellence.

In particular, the role of leadership in creating an organisation capable of serving the multiple needs of disparate client groups in a world of on-going change is paramount. By developing an organisation's leadership capacity, the achievement of long-term sustainability, credibility, recognition and business success is greatly enhanced. The development of such leadership needs to be a strategic initiative in any organisation seeking to function at its best.
